The harvest is ready, and we have limited time to accomplish the Great Commission. Therefore, we must equip the Church as quickly as possible for this task. In this area, the WMA takes a two-pronged approach to growth through multiplication.
- Multiply classes. WMA classes are designed to function under the direction of a trained facilitator. Within each class we look for key individuals who demonstrate a solid grasp of the subject matter and an interest in equipping others. These are encouraged to serve as facilitators of their own classes or groups. And in their groups they watch for those of their students who are potential facilitators, encouraging them to start still other classes.
- Multiply languages. We target providing our texts and materials in multiple languages. Although these resources may start out in either English or Spanish, as the Lord provides translators we work toward adapting and translating our resources for use in other linguistic contexts that are key to equipping the world’s evangelical population for missions.
Functioning this way, the WMA promotes exponential growth, capable of impacting large numbers in a short amount of time.
