By intentionally focusing on the multiplication of trained facilitators, the WMA opens the door for rapid expansion through the reproduction of our classes and training.

Generally, we multiply trained facilitators in one of two ways:

• in our regular WMA classes – detecting and training interested and gifted participants
• through Internet-based classes – reaching into areas where we currently have no regular classes, and detecting and training interested and gifted participants
