The WMA’s classes are lead by trained facilitators, who are also students of the WMA (often on a slightly more advanced level). This way, there is no “expert” in the class, and all are present (including the facilitator) to discuss and learn. Facilitators also receive special materials which include things like: additional background information, general learning objectives, and suggested learning activities.
