In 2015 the Lord led the WMA to begin to shift its geographical focus beyond Venezuela and even beyond Latin America. This had always been the final goal of the Academy, but it was necessary that a firm base first be established in Venezuela. This would then support WMA expansion throughout the rest of Latin America. By 2015 a broad network of trained Venezuelan personnel was sufficiently developed, and Bill and Cherry moved their base of expanding operations to the United States.

In this same year, the WMA began the lengthy process of investigation, analysis and production of a new major textbook dealing with multicultural team dynamics. This text will

  • investigate the differing culturally-related expectations that team members can bring to a multicultural team
  • analyze how these expectations, if not properly handled, can clash, cause friction and discord, erode trust and security, and drastically shorten the lifespan of the team
  • present Biblical principles that will guide the team members in properly handling their differing expectations
  • provide a workbook/manual format that will lead the team members, step by step, toward forming a more healthy team environment
