In 2009 the WMA opened its own website, making its texts and materials freely available for download on a worldwide scale. This meant that missionaries could now study our texts and materials regardless of where they were serving, and without having to leave their fields of service (as long as they had access to the Internet and were not in a restrictive context that prohibited downloading Christian materials).

This same year also saw the official formation of the first WMA production team. These teams, normally composed of advanced WMA students, assist in:

• the investigation and study of information
• the analysis and interpretation of findings
• the formulation of plans and strategies
• the development, organization, production, and refinement of new WMA materials and courses
